Macallan 10 Year Old Vintage 1980s bottling
A vintage 1980s bottling of this Macallan 10 year expresssion, matured in Sherry Wood.
I’ve had very little chance to sample the vintage Macallan’s from this era due to the cost, however, the ones I have been lucky enough to taste, have been outstanding! Nothing alike the current Macallan profile and alot more complex and subtle. Ultimately, this is the era of Macallan that really invokes emotions. Bottles from this era are about as rare as they come and these are amazing gifts for those that have everything whisky already as they are unlikely to have this.
