This carefully selected , unblended smoky Hakushu malt whiskey is aged in bourbon barrels and then blended to create a flavor that is unique to Hakushu, grown in the forest.
This is the latest 2024 offering from Hakushu and at this stage was only released in Japan and imported by us.
Tasting Notes:
Nose:
Pineapple, vanilla cream, roasted green tea
Palate:
Light, soft, sweet like wasanbon, with a slight bitterness
Finish:
The smoke of the embers, the bitterness
