This 2024 Limited Edition blend is accented by long-aged grain malt whisky that has been aged in "sakura barrels" made from cherry wood.
It features a pure and gorgeous aroma reminiscent of cherry blossoms and osmanthus. The clear, clean flavor has no sharp edges, and you can sense the soft sweetness of acacia honey and La France.
Suntory aimed to achieve the beautiful harmony that is characteristic of "Hibiki" while incorporating the unique characteristics of the sakura barrel malt whisky.
This is the latest 2024 offering from Hibiki and at this stage was only released in Japan and imported by us.
