A refill sherry butt of Clynelish, bottled by the excellent folk at Signatory Vintage in Pitlochry. Clynelish in sherry casks is becoming a rare occurrence and Signatory have been slowly releasing these great 1995 vintages over the last few years with each vanishing pretty quickly.
