Akkeshi Risshun 2024
Risshun is the beginning of the Spring and New Year. This release of Akkeshi represents the 1st Season of the 24 “Sekki” which is the cycle of the 24 seasons. I was able to source 1 bottle only for now and as far as I am aware, this is the only bottle available in Australia at the moment.

Condensed milk, cultured butter, whipped cream, salt, honey, oven and freshly baked bread
Palate:
Peat, citrus mixed juice, with a hint of persimmon in the background
Finish:
Black pepper, citrus peel, lemon-lime cider
700ml 55% Alcohol
