The now discontinued Macallan Triple Cask Matured 18 Years Old is a series of single malt whiskies crafted in a triple cask combination of European and American sherry seasoned oak casks and American ex-bourbon oak casks. Exquisitely and expertly married together, this trinity of spirits produces an exotic single malt with orange, velvety cocoa and wood spice flavours.
As this is now discontinued and no longer being produced by Macallan, stocks of it were rapidly depleted and it’s now become a somewhat rare and sort after bottle (Amazing how Macallan can do this so easily). Great time to buy and hang on to it. Prices will only keep going up from here.

Soft and velvety with orange citrus, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Lingering with chocolate orange and a hint of wood smoke.
