The 2023 core release Kanosuke Single Malt is crafted using all 3 of the distillery's pot stills of varying configurations, which was then aged in ex-Shochu American white oak casks that previously held parent Komasa Jyozo's Mellowed Kozuru Shochu.
A mix of both peated and non-peated malt was used for the expression, fermented using distiller's yeast.
