Akkeshi Keichitsu 2023
Keichitsu is the 2023 edition and the 10th season in the 24 season series.
This was a single bottle import - Only 1 bottle available and from what I can see, the only bottle in Australia at the moment. From the information I could find online, this particular release was a balloted release only that were sent out early March 2023. This appears to be one of the more rare Akkeshi releases.
Tasting Notes:
Nose:
Daidai, hassaku, mandarin oranges, brown sugar, mitarashi dango, lemongrass
Palate:
Orange/lemon-like sweetness and sourness, manuka honey
Finish:
White pepper, black tea, salted lemon, caramel-like bitterness and sweetness
700ml 55% Alcohol
